That experience stays with him when a customer arrives frustrated, worried or simply ready to get back on the road.He has been in the car business since 2001, with a particular soft spot for Hondas and Toyotas. After all those years, he says he knows how they are supposed to sound, feel, drive and even smell! What he enjoys most, though, is helping an anxious customer breathe a little easier and feel comfortable with the repair process.Away from the shop, Austin is an avid camper who loves offroading and discovering new natural places. Getting out and exploring is a big part of his own life, so he understands how much it means to have a car you can count on for wherever you are headed next.

He brings that lifetime of curiosity to every vehicle he works on, especially the Japanese cars he particularly enjoys.Finding the cause of a problem is one of his favorite parts of the job. Oswaldo takes pride in careful diagnostics and getting a repair right because he knows there is a person counting on that car. Helping someone get back on the road with one less worry is what makes the work meaningful to him.Away from the shop, he enjoys time with his son, playing soccer, listening to music and being outdoors.
