Grace Auto Sales & Service in Richmond is hiring two licensed Virginia State Inspectors with automotive repair experience.

Familiar vehicles. Room to grow.

We specialize in Hondas and Toyotas, with Lexus and Acura also in our mix. Work outside those makes is rare. Focus on state inspections, safety checks, maintenance, and everyday repairs. Advanced diagnostic expertise is not required.

We value people who want to learn, attend training, and earn certifications. Bring your current Virginia State Inspector license, solid repair skills, and a willingness to grow.

Pay and sign-on bonus

$35–$40 flat rate per flagged hour, based on experience and qualifications. The $3,000 sign-on bonus is paid in three installments: $1,000 after 30 days, $1,000 after 90 days, and $1,000 after 180 days of employment.

Predictable five-day schedule

7:30 am–5:30 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch: 45 scheduled working hours each week. The two inspectors alternate Saturdays. When you work Saturday, take Monday or Friday off, assigned by position. When Saturday is off, work Monday–Friday. Sundays off.
